"NICE, CENTRALLY LOCATED"

We spent two nights at this hotel with our tour group from the USA.

As it was only a block from downtown it is a great location.

Friendly staff but had to ask twice for another chair for the room so we could work on our computers

Room was fine, shower worked well - bathroom was spacious.

A/C worked well in 90 degrees temp.

Clean, well appointed, roomy with place for two suitcases, an extra chair and two good sized beds.

Unfortunately the room had a sewer smell - asked the front desk but they did not fix it while there.

We had no view out of the building on both sides - looked right at other buildings.

Hint: Check Room for View and Smell

"SPACIOUS BUT HAVE ROOM THAT FACES HARBOR"

As we entered the small lobby and were checked in with our group, we were told not to tell the three other groups what nice spacious rooms we had.

Our room(s) came with a living room, kitchen, dining, and preparation areas. The bathroom was very nice but a little tight. The bedroom was small but good enough to sleep.

Our first encountered problem was that we had to open the windows as the rooms were near 80 F. The heat and hot water we controlled from the kitchen so we had to call a technician to the room to drop the temperature and keep the hot water running.

Our rooms faced the street so we heard the bar across the street all night until 6:30 when the police arrived.

People who faced the harbor had no problems with noise and has a great view.

The hotel had two elevators that worked well but are individually controlled - so we had to press both buttons to move within and out of the hotel.

Hotel is one block from the main avenue with shopping and restaurants.

Hint: Be sure room faces harbor.
