Seattle WA
SATURDAY - AUGUST 27
We had breakfast with fresh blueberries, peaches, bagels, juice, coffee, etc.
Gennie and Susan went to Safeway to pick up a few things.
Vic and Bob moved furniture as Bob is redoing his floor.
Susan baked sour cream coffee cake for their neighbor.
Went to city of Tukwila to see the Boeing Museum of Flight.
Gennie and I took a ride in a Bi-Plane flight - the WACO UPF-7.
Lee Oman flew us over Elliott Bay and by the Space Needle.
Went into the Museum and walked through the Concorde.
The main museum had a variety of planes and a hydroplane exhibit.
For dinner Susan & Bob made Kung Pao Chicken and Gennie made an apple crisp.
After dinner we went to visit Kurt and Jeff's house overlooking the city.
Curt showed us his water garden and we had the apple dessert.
Curt brought out his telescope and we were able to see Jupiter with its moons and Mars.
